LONDON, 31 May 2023
CyberCX, a leading provider of cyber security and cloud services, has been recognised for its world-class managed Security Operations Centre services.
Security Operations Centres (SOCs) are an organisation’s first line of defence against the rapidly evolving threat landscape.
While SOCs provide organisations with visibility of activity on their networks, it is independent verification which assures organisations that they have the best security partners watching their backs.
CREST, a globally recognised and respected cyber security organisation, determined CyberCX’s managed security services met their gold-standard guidelines.
CREST’s accreditation process included a thorough site audit, and reviews of people, processes, and technologies across CyberCX’s nine SOCs in the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
Following the review, CyberCX’s SOC services have been accredited at CREST’s Level 2 standard for:
- Organisational environment
- Customer requirements
- Technology and tools
- Event analysis and response
- Threat intelligence and situational awareness
- Securing the physical SOC facility.
This latest accreditation follows back-to-back recognition of CyberCX’s leadership in managed security services through ISG’s Provider Lens reports in 2021 and 2022.
Phil Mason, CyberCX UK’s CEO, said “This accreditation is a significant step for CyberCX, and reflects the calibre and efforts of our security teams across the globe.”
“It has never been more important for companies to have access to the best-in-breed security teams to keep themselves, and the broader community, safe and secure,” continued Mason.
“With SOCs playing an increasingly important role in delivering critical incident detection and response capabilities, CREST Accreditation puts CyberCX in a strong position to expand its managed SOC services business,” said Rowland Johnson, President of CREST.
“With SOC Accreditation, CyberCX customers can be confident they are getting high-quality services from a trusted provider with internationally recognised, independent validation,” continued Johnson.
